Helpful details
Frequently asked questions.
What to know before your event. If your question isn’t answered here, send your local team a message.
Does the price include delivery and setup?
Setup is included with your rental. Delivery is priced separately using the one-way driving distance from the local franchise hub to your event and that storefront’s mileage-pricing table. The booking calculator shows your delivery fee after you enter the event address.
When do you set up and pick up?
We’ll coordinate a delivery window based on your event’s start time. Pickup is normally the same day after your event ends. Special delivery or pickup timing is subject to availability and may include an additional charge.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. Any remaining balance and approved adjustments will be coordinated by your local team.
Do you require a deposit?
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an inflatable. The deposit is applied to your rental total. If you need to postpone, contact your local team to discuss moving the deposit to a future date.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Please let us know at least 72 hours before your event if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your $75 deposit is non-refundable, but it may be moved to a future event date.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the event may require payment of the full reservation, except when your local team approves a weather-related postponement. Payments already made are not refunded, but may be eligible to move to a new date.
Do you set up at parks?
Yes, subject to local rules and availability. Please confirm the park’s permit, insurance, anchoring, and electrical requirements before booking. If power is unavailable, ask your local team about generator availability.
What surfaces can you set up on?
We can typically set up on grass, turf, concrete, pavers, or inside a suitable venue or home. We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. Tell us about your surface and access conditions before delivery.
Will the inflatable be clean?
Yes. Inflatables are cleaned, sanitized, and dried between rentals.
What is your rain and bad-weather policy?
Wind is a serious safety concern. Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15 mph—no exceptions. We may also postpone setup when lightning, heavy rain, or other conditions make jumping unsafe.
Contact your local team by 7:00 a.m. on the morning of your rental if weather may require postponing. Once an inflatable has been delivered, the remaining payment is due and weather refunds or discounts are not available.
What is not allowed in the bounce house?
Shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender-reveal powder, pens, markers, crayons, and paint are not allowed. These materials can puncture or permanently stain the vinyl. The customer is responsible for repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear.
